This guide covers

  • Owners can upgrade the current workspace, create additional workspaces when allowed by plan rules, or delete a workspace when supported.

  • When moving from solo work to a team, changing plan, or cleaning up a workspace.

  • Plan changes apply to the current workspace, not every workspace you belong to.

Steps

  1. Open Settings in the workspace.

  2. Use Billing to upgrade the active workspace.

  3. Use create workspace actions only when your plan allows additional workspaces.

  4. Before deleting, export or transfer anything you still need.

Good to know

  • Some legacy paid accounts may materialize their workspace on first team action.

If something goes wrong

  • If upgrade or create options are unavailable, confirm current plan and Owner role.
