Most workspace access issues come from being in the wrong space, using the wrong email, or having a reviewer invite instead of workspace membership.
Before contacting support.
You either find the missing content or identify the permission that must be changed.
Steps
Confirm you are signed in with the invited email.
Open the workspace switcher and choose the workspace.
Check Projects with All selected.
Ask an Owner/Admin to confirm your role and project visibility.
For reviewer links, check Personal Space > Shared with me.

Private projects may be hidden from other workspace members unless explicitly shared.
If something goes wrong
If nothing changes after switching, sign out and sign back in.
If the invite was sent to another email, ask for a new invite.
