Steps
Open the project in the editor.
Select the word or paragraph that needs cleanup.
Click More on the selection controls.
Choose Change Speaker, Break Paragraph Before Selection, Break Paragraph After Selection, Merge With Previous Paragraph, or Merge With Next Paragraph.
Review the surrounding transcript to make sure the speaker labels and paragraphs read correctly.
Save the project.
