Steps

  1. Keep the original file.

  2. Refresh once and retry from a stable connection.

  3. Check whether the file duration, format, or size may be unsupported.

  4. Confirm the account/workspace has transcription minutes available.

  5. Contact support with the file type, duration, browser, and project name if it still fails.

If something goes wrong

  • Try converting unusual files to MP3, WAV, or MP4 before uploading.

  • Avoid closing the tab while Trebble is analyzing the file.
