You either complete the upload/transcription or collect the details support needs.
Steps
Keep the original file.
Refresh once and retry from a stable connection.
Check whether the file duration, format, or size may be unsupported.
Confirm the account/workspace has transcription minutes available.
Contact support with the file type, duration, browser, and project name if it still fails.
