Resolve common editor reliability issues.
This guide covers
Editor problems are usually related to project state, browser state, media, or network connectivity.
When the editor is blank, stuck loading, playback stops, or save does not finish.
The editor either recovers or support gets enough information to investigate.
Steps
Wait briefly if the project just finished transcribing.
Refresh the page once.
Confirm you are in the right workspace.
Try a supported desktop browser.
Do not close the tab while saving.
Contact support with the project name, browser, and approximate time of the issue.
Screenshots
Good to know
Very large projects can take longer to initialize.
Some mobile/browser background playback behavior is controlled by the operating system.
If something goes wrong
If playback stops when the device locks, keep the browser/app active during editing.
If recent edits are missing, reopen from the same project card.
