You can edit a file that was previously edited under your account by duplicating it and editing the duplicated copy. To duplicate and edit a previously edited file, do the following:
Navigate to your library and identify the transcribed file you want to edit from the available files.
Then click on the three dots at the top-right corner of the file to access the menu.
Click on Duplicate and Edit from the drop-down menu.
On the transcription page, apply the necessary changes and save your changes. A new copy of the file will be created with the changes you applied on the transcription and editing page.
