How to duplicate and edit a previously edited file

Updated over a year ago

You can duplicate and make another copy of a file you previously edited by following the steps below:

Step 1: Access the file in your library

By default, your library area is where you automatically arrive when you log in to your Trebble account. If you are not in your library area, click on the menu icon at the top left of the page and click on MY LIBRARY from the side panel.

Step 2: Locate the file from the available files and duplicate it

Once you are on the library section of your Trebble account, locate the file you’d like to duplicate and edit and click on the three dots at its top right corner. Then click on the Duplicate and Edit button from the drop-down menu to proceed to the transcribe and edit page.

Once you've edited and saved the duplicated file on the transcription and editing page, it will appear in your library as a duplicated copy of the original file.
